Mike has been in the Title Insurance Industry for over 20 years. He has a thorough knowledge of all aspects of Title and Escrow Law with respect to Deeds, Liens and Encumbrances, Plats and Legal Descriptions, along with a complete understanding of the various Policies and Endorsements and the assurances they provide. It's no wonder Mike's clients always close with confidence.

Scott also has over 28 years of experience in the Title Industry. His knowledge in both Title and Escrow gives his clients added benefits. He has vast experience in Commercial, Development, New Construction and Residential transactions, which is his client's best asset. Scott brings enthusiasm and professionalism to each of his closings.

James oversees all of the Title Operations here at Integrated Title. His attention to customer service and the needs of all of our customers make him perfect for the job. BABS ISON

TITLE OFFICER/ESCROW OFFICER

Babs has over 24 years of experience in the Title Industry.  She is licensed in both Title and Escrow and has worked in every aspect of a Title Company.  She helped to develop the paperless system that ITS currently uses as well as assists in training of current and new employees.  Babs has been Bill Roeder’s assistant for over 22 years.  Her knowledge is unmatched in all areas.  Everyone that works with Babs knows that if you give her a task the job gets done.

Brian has been searching and examining title for over 16 years. He is one of the very best and efficient Title Officers around and is now a very valuable part of our Escrow Team. His title experience along with his persistence to succeed will surely makes him one of the very best Escrow Officers in our industry.

Crystal has 11 years of experience in the Title Industry and has done almost every job there is to do within a Title Company. Her exceptional customer service and outgoing personality combined with her excellent interpersonal skills, definitely gives her an advantage in growing and maintaining her business.

SHEILA ALLRED

Sheila has been a licensed escrow officer for over 21 years. Her previous experience in the Mortgage Industry and in accounting definitely gives her an edge. She has vast experience in closing complex development and commercial transactions, which keeps her on the cutting edge of the various policies, endorsements and other products offered by our underwriters.

 

PATTIE DENUNZIO
MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE
Pattie began her career in the title industry in 1979. She is a licensed title insurance marketing representative and an escrow agent. Pattie is known for the level of customer service she brings to each of her clients. Her knowledge, experience and vibrant personality make her a delight to work with.

DAN BLANCO
MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE
Dan is one of Integrated Title Services distinguished industry veterans. Having worked in the industry since 1991, Dan has served in nearly every capacity possible—from polices, recons, and marketing to escrow, running, and searching. He has a passion for the industry and is committed to serving his clients with the knowledge and service they deserve. Outside of the office, Dan enjoys boating, cycling and running. He rides several Century rides each year (100-mile rides) and has run his annual half-marathon in Moab, Utah the last few years.

Brian has been in the Title and Escrow business for 20 years. He is licensed in both Marketing and Escrow, and is known for his candid personality and loyalty to clients. As a Continuing Education Instructor for the State of Utah, he brings the knowledge and expertise to assist you in taking your business to a higher level.

 

TRACY MEDINA

ESCROW OFFICER

Tracy Medina has been in the Title business for 22 years and was the Real Estate Department Manager for Titanium Solutions for 18 months. Through the last 10 years she has had the opportunity to work with Executives from many of the top 5 Mortgage Servicers and Investors. Tracy recently returned to Integrated Title as an Escrow Officer and has continued to teach Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Loan Officers, Escrow Officers and Title Officers, as a licensed continuing education instructor for the state of Utah, she is the Education Coordinator for the “Movers & Shakers” Chapter of BNI and the Education Coordinator for REOPRO. Medina has worked on Short Sales for the past 11 years, with a technique proven profitable by the many agents she has trained.

 

TINA PERSCHON

ESCROW OFFICER

Tina has worked directly with Scott Halvorsen, one of the original founders of Integrated Title, for over 17 years and has helped Integrated Title become an industry leader. She is currently working as an Escrow Officer in our Sugarhouse Branch. Her years of experience in the Title Insurance Industry has allowed her to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to handle even the most complex Escrow Closings.
